Cut the chicken into 2 - 4 pieces or leave it whole, if you prefer. Soak for half an hour in a marinade of soya sauce and lemon juice.
Cut the mushrooms and processed cheese into pieces, season with savory, add the chicken with the marinade and put everything into an oven bag.
Add a little oil and close the bag. Make a few holes and put it in an oven dish with 2 finger widths of water. Bake for about 40 minutes at 430°F (220 °C).
