How to make
Beat the eggs very well with the sugar, then add the boiled and cooled milk.
Add the vanilla and set the mixture aside while you caramelize the sugar in the pot. Leave it to cool, then pour in the milk mixture.
Pour water into a baking pan, place the pot in it, the water should be up to the middle of or as much as possible.
Bake in a moderately heated oven, by making sure not to boil the water.
This way the crème caramel becomes irresistibly delicious and buttery without a single pore.
