How to make
The pumpkin is cleaned from the skins and seeds and grated on a medium coarse grater. Add the chopped walnuts and cinnamon, stir and set aside the stuffing.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until white.
Add the oil and pre-sifted flour mixed with baking powder and soda to the egg mixture.
After all the products are mixed and the dough turns into a homogeneous mixture, the baking pan is prepared by pre-lining it with baking paper.
Pour a little more than half of the mixture into the baking pan and spread the stuffing evenly over it and pour again from the mixture over the stuffing.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
Check with a toothpick or skewer to see whether the pumpkin cake is baked.
The juicy cake with pumpkin and walnuts is ready.
