How to make
Cut the rooster into portions. Put the meat in a pressure cooker. Add salt. Boil until done.
Peel the onion, clean the peppers and carrots. Finely chop the vegetables. Put them in a baking pan.
Add the oil and vegetables. Stew them until soft. Add paprika and vegetable seasoning. Pour the tomatoes.
Cover the baking pan with a lid. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
Arrange the poultry. Drizzle with the broth.
Cover the dish again and bake the dish until nicely browned.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
