measures

How to make

The potatoes are washed and boiled in slightly salted water until semi-cooked. Drop frozen mussels into cold water, boil and cook for three minutes.

Then strain the water and pour them into a pan, which is already heated with coconut oil.

Clean the onion and finely chop it. As soon as the water from the mussels evaporates, add onions to them and fry them lightly.

Then add potato halves. Add salt, black pepper and paprika. Continue to cook without a lid until the mussels have browned evenly on both sides and do not forget to stir.

Our amazing mussels with boiled potatoes dish is ready!

Sprinkle with chopped dill.

Enjoy your meal!
