Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • beef pastrami - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dried mushrooms - 2 tbsp.
  • spring onions - 2 pcs.
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • cooking cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • vegetable broth - 2 pcs.

How to make

Start making the spaghetti with mushrooms and pastrami by making the sauce.

For the sauce, fry finely chopped old onion, pastrami and ham in butter and oil. After they are fried, soy sauce, broth cube and spices are added to them.

Pour the cream and add the mushrooms and spring onions. After another two minutes of cooking, remove the sauce from the heat.

Leave it aside.

The spaghetti is boiled in water, which a cube of vegetable broth is added to.

Pour the cooked spaghetti with the mushroom-cream sauce.
