How to make
The nettles are blanched in boiling water. Then they are washed, strained and cut.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the yolks. Beat with a wire whisk. Add the nettles and cheese. Stir with a spoon.
Beat the egg whites well and then add them to the yolk mixture. Mix gently with a spatula.
I use a pan with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm). Put baking paper, grease it with a little oil and pour the mixture.
I baked in an air fryer on the bake program, 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes on both sides.
You can also bake the keto nettles pie in the oven at 360°F (180°C).
