How to make
Beat the cream into a thick cream.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla and mix with a spoon /not with a mixer/.
Separately, blend the blueberries in a blender.
Mix the cream and blueberries and the mixing should be done by hand, not in a blender.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 4 hours to freeze.
Before serving, take out the ice cream to let it defrost a little and put it, still frozen, in a blender and blend it until a smooth icy consistency is obtained.
Serve it immediately.
