How to make
Irresistible mushroom sauce for your favorite vegetables.
Grease a mold with very little butter, pour the finely chopped mushrooms and add a pinch of salt.
On top, add very finely chopped onion and garlic.
Put in a heated oven at 7 oz (200°C) for 20 minutes.
Then stir, add the milk, processed cheese, black pepper and nutmeg and bake for 15 minutes.
If you want a thicker vegetable sauce, add a pinch of flour to it, mix and bake for another 5 minutes.
Healthy and delicious Roasted Vegetable Gravy is ready.
