For these protein chocolate muffins, mash the banana and melt the butter.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl (protein, cocoa, baking powder).
In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted butter.
Then we add the skyr. Add the mixed dry ingredients little by little.
If the mixture is too thin, add the coconut flour.
The sweetness of the muffins depends on the type of protein, so taste it to see if it's sweet enough for you, if not, add a little peanut butter or honey.
Distribute the mixture into muffin tins and bake the chocolate muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
IMPORTANT! In order for the muffins to rise, don't open the oven and check them constantly.
