How to make
Mash the blueberries in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and skyr and mix well.
Dissolve the gelatin in the water, leave it for 2-3 minutes to swell and then heat it in a water bath to melt it. Pour it into the mixture and mix well.
Immediately distribute the cream into glass cups and level it out.
Put them in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Whip the cream and swirl it on top of the blueberry cream.
Garnish with fresh blueberries.
