How to make
The beetroot is washed very well and peeled.
Cut it into thin circles. I use a V-shaped grater for this purpose.
Two or three trays are prepared with sheets of baking paper lined in them.
Arrange the beetroot rings without overlapping them.
With the help of a spray, they are sprayed with sunflower oil. Sprinkle with black pepper, ground sea salt and spices of choice and to taste (dill, pressed garlic, coarsely ground dried chili, thyme, rosemary).
The oven is heated to 360°F (180°C) and the beetroot chips are baked at a medium level until crispy - about 15-20 minutes.
