How to make
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into slices.
Put them in a suitable baking dish.
Cut the butter on top and season with salt.
Place them in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C). Wait for the butter to melt and stir the potatoes with a spoon.
Do this every 5 minutes until they are soft and cooked through.
Arrange the ham on top and place it back into the oven to lightly brown.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream and a little salt. Pour that over the appetizing gratin and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Add some oregano and bake the potatoes, ham and cream gratin until done.
