  • green beans - 7 oz (200 g)
  • homemade vegetable broth - 2 cups
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. pink
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1/2 pcs. red
  • peppers - 1/2 pcs. yellow
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • onion - 2 onions /small/
  • fat - 4 tbsp. vegetable
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley - 2 tbsp. fresh

How to make

Wash the vegetables well. Clean the carrot, halve the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut off the ends of the bean pods and cut them into shorter pieces.

In a suitable pot, stew the oil and the onion, cut into small cubes. I add a little bit of the vegetable broth to them.

After the onion is stewed, add the peppers and the carrot, cut into small pieces and the paprika.

Also add the green beans and as soon as the vegetables are well stewed, also add the grated tomato.

The stew is left to simmer for another five minutes, then add the potatoes, cut into large cubes, add the broth and season with salt.

Let it boil gently and before removing it from the stove, add the flour mixed with a little cold water.

Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve it garnished with suitable vegetables or salad according to the season.
