How to make
Put half the sugar and the grated orange peel in a pan. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add the blueberries and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool.
Roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Pour the resulting blueberry jam.
Roll it up carefully.
Heat the oven to 370°F (190°C), cut the puff pastry roll into about 4 cm thick pieces.
Put baking paper in a tray and arrange the sweet puff pastries.
Spread the snails with the prepared black tea and bake the sweet snails with blueberries for about 25 minutes.
