"The juicy peaches are a perfect addition to yogurt, see for yourself"

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 9 oz (250 g) full fat, thick
  • peaches - 1 pc. (200 g without pit)
  • coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. 100% organic
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. (optional)
measures

How to make

Cut the peeled and pitted peach into pieces. We need to freeze it in order to grind it later, so the size of the pieces you will cut should be judged according to the power of your blender.

If it can handle larger pieces, cut into large cubes. If you think that you will make it hard for the device, chop the fruit into finer pieces.

Place them in a freezer bag and leave them in the freezer for a few hours.

Place the thick full-fat yogurt in a blender along with the coconut oil, walnuts, frozen fruit and sugar, if using any.

Of course, you can replace the sugar with honey, agave syrup, or another sweetener. I personally do not sweeten, especially if the peach is very well ripe and sweet.

Grind everything for about 1 minute to make it perfectly smooth. Try it and if you want, add more coconut oil for a stronger flavor for your peach yogurt.

Pour the fruit yogurt into two glasses, sprinkle with cocoa and serve.
