"You have cheesecake in cups and after 2 hours in the freezer - a gorgeous ice cream. A bombastic recipe for summer"

Ingredients

  • For the base
  • nuts - 40 g ground /I used walnuts/
  • butter - 1 tbsp. melted
  • sweetener - 1/2 tsp. or to taste
  • For the cream
  • cream - 100 ml liquid 30% or more *
  • cream cheese - 100 g
  • sweetener - 1 tbsp.
  • blueberry jam

How to make

For two bowls measuring 3.2x2.3″ (8.2x5.8 cm).

The nuts are mixed with the butter and sweetener. They are distributed in the bowls and pressed to the bottom.

For the cream:

First, the liquid cream is whipped.

* You can replace the liquid cream with sour cream or yogurt.

Then add the cream cheese and the sweetener. It is whipped and distributed in the bowls.

I added homemade blueberry jam on top.

You can eat it like regular cheesecake.

But I put it in the freezer for an hour and a half or two until it hardens! A gorgeous ice cream is obtained!
