How to make
The milk is mixed with the cardamom and it is boiled. Boil and stir at all times, until one third of the milk has evaporated. Add the sugar and stir, until it has dissolved.
Add the hazelnuts and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture. Pour it into a mold and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove it from the freezer and beat it into a large bowl.
The mint is finely chopped and added to the mixture. Pour everything back into the mold and leave it in the freezer for another 3 hours.
