How to make
Cut the sponge cake into cubes. Beat the cream with the sugar. Put the mascarpone in a bowl and add the cream to it.
Boil the coffee with the sugar and add the wine. Pour the cream into suitable bowls. Arrange the sponge cake cubes.
Pour them with the mixture and pour from the cream. Again arrange cubes of sponge cake, pour the coffee mixture and finish off with cream.
Leave the bowls of ice cream in the freezer for a few hours.
The tiramisu ice cream is ready.
