"It`s my tiramisu for now but when you make it at home it`ll become YOUR tiramisu or the entire family`s favorite tiramisu because it truly is amazing."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4, fresh
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • mascarpone - 1 cup (250 g)
  • confectionery cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • rum - 5 - 6 drops
  • biscotti - 14 oz (400 g)
  • espresso - 4 cups of coffee
  • cocoa

How to make

1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and mascarpone.

2. Beat the confectionery cream until thickened.

3. Beat the egg whites to stiff snow.

4. Combine these while stirring carefully, so the egg whites don't deflate, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the vanilla and rum.
