How to make
Place biscuits on the bottom of a tray and pour them with the heated compote juice. The milk is boiled and mixed with sour cream, vanilla and honey.
Spread the resulting cooled mixture on the soaked biscuits.
Then another biscuit layer is placed, which is also poured with compote. Spread the resulting cream once again.
The last row of biscuits, in addition to being poured with compote and spread with cream, is also decorated with fruit. Pieces of strawberries, bananas and kiwis are used for this purpose. Of course, you can use other fruit as well.
Pour the fruit with melted chocolate on top.
The biscuit cake is placed in the refrigerator and left overnight.
