Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • starch - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  • apples - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • peaches - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Peel the apples. Cut them into small pieces. Caramelize the pieces with 1/2 cup of sugar.

Heat the milk and remaining sugar. Add the dissolved starch and stir the cream until ready. Mix the cream with the caramelized apples.

Shape the puff pastry into a tart by placing it in a suitable baking tray lined with kitchen paper. Lift the edges slightly.

Pour the mixture and spread it out.

Cut the peaches into slices and arrange them on top of the cream /to form one large flower/.

Bake the tart in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

The Puff Pastry Fruit Tart is ready.
