How to make
Spread the sheet of puff pastry in a baking pan.
It can be round, rectangular or square. Pierce the bottom with a fork.
Pour 4 tbsp. of apricot jam and spread it well with a spoon.
Arrange the chopped apricots on top of the jam. Sprinkle the tart with sliced almonds.
Spread the uncovered parts of the puff pastry with milk.
Bake the tart at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven with a fan, until it is nicely browned.
Sprinkle the cooled apricot puff pastry tart with powdered sugar.
