How to make
Wash and chop the rhubarb, peel and slice the apples, then put them in a blender to blend. Then put the mixture into a deep pot.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Add whole or halved or quartered strawberries into the pot with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and boil over low heat.
Add the lemon juice into the pot, then add the citric acid. Boil until you get such a thickness that when you run it with a wooden spoon, it leaves a mark, this is a sign that the strawberry jam is ready.
Distribute it into jars, close it and turn it upside down and leave it until the morning.
Store the Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam in a cool, dark place.
