  • saffron - 4 threads or 0.2 g
  • milk - 1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • garlic - 1 small clove
  • salt - to taste
  • lemons - to taste

How to make

Dissolve the saffron in advance in a little milk.

If it is in thread, it needs to be left in the milk for about 20 minutes. My recipe is with saffron threads.

Crack the two eggs in a mixing bowl and add the oil. Peel and slice the garlic.

Add a few drops of lemon. If desired, also grate some of the peel.

Add salt to taste and add the milk with the dissolved saffron.
