How to make
Put the eggs with enough water in a pot to boil - boil for 15 minutes after reaching a boiling point. Then cool them in water and peel them.
Cut the onion into pieces and fry it if you like, or you can add it raw.
Arrange the boiled eggs with the onions and parsley sprigs in jars.
Bring the water with the vinegar, salt, sugar and spices to a boil. After removing the marinade from the heat, pour it over the eggs and close the jars.
Store the cooled jars in the refrigerator. After about 10 days-2 weeks, the eggs are marinated and you can eat them.
To the marinade you can add spices to taste, as well as garlic and dill seeds.
The pickled eggs are ready.
