How to make
Put the cleaned and washed green beans into the pressure cooker along with the peeled and finely chopped carrots, add the finely chopped garlic and onions, salt to taste, paprika, oil and 500 ml of hot water.
Close the lid and once it boils, boil for another 15 minutes.
When the pressure goes down, open, add the peeled and grated tomatoes in which the flour has been dissolved.
Boil for another 10 minutes without a lid, add salt and black pepper to taste and finely chopped parsley and dill.
The green bean stew can be eaten hot or cold, garnished with a spoonful of yogurt if desired.
