How to cook
For this keto recipe, dissolve the gelatin in 6 tbsp. of water and leave it to swell.
Pour all the remaining ingredients into a saucepan and put it on medium heat. Stir until you see bubbles start to form around the edges.
Turn off the stove. Pour the swollen gelatin into the hot liquid. You don't have to dissolve the gelatin.
Cool the mixture to room temperature.
Pour the keto dessert into cups and store them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. After about 1 hour, you can put some fruit of your choice and decorate the sugar-free cream.
