Ingredients

  • rooster - 1 pc.
  • prince mushrooms - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • canned tomatoes - 1 cup
  • parsley
  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • onions - 2 onions
  • paprika - 1/2 tbsp.
  • allspice - 2 - 3 grains
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • bay leaf - 2 leaves

How to make

Put this rooster in a pot of salted water and boil it.

Then debone it and divide it into pieces.

Save some of the meat for another dish and use the rest to prepare the delicious stew.

Cut the onions into crescents with a sharp knife and stew them in a little fat and water.

Add the chopped mushrooms and carrots a little later.

Add white wine and after the alcohol has evaporated, pour the flour and paprika.

Add the canned tomatoes to the dish and stir.

If it seems too thick, add a little of the broth in which you cooked the rooster.

Add some sugar, salt, bay leaf and allspice.

Add the boiled rooster meat and continue cooking the mouth-watering stew.
