How to make
Thighs are divided into upper and lower parts. They are salted.
In a wide pot, heat the olive oil along with the whole cloves of garlic and a few fennel inflorescences.
Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned. Pour the wine and 1 cup of water.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Season with salt and finely chopped dill.
They are added to the chicken and the pot is covered with a lid.
The chicken and potatoes are cooked over low heat until they remain in fat.
