"Great fettuccine to munch on for a delicious lunch"

Ingredients

  • parsley - 1.8 oz (50 g) finely chopped
  • lemon peel - 3 tsp. grated
  • garlic - 2 crushed cloves
  • fettuccine - 0.9 lb (400 g) or spaghetti
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • salmon fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tsp. additional
measures

How to make

The parsley, lemon peel and garlic are mixed and lightly fried in olive oil. They are mixed well.

Boil the fettuccine in salted water and strain them. Add the parsley mixture.

The salmon is deboned and the skin is removed. The cleaned fillet is fried on moderate heat in the additional amount of olive oil for 3-4 minutes, by turning it once during frying.

Add it in pieces to the fettuccine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan.

The salmon fettuccine is served immediately on warmed plates.
