How to make
I put the drumsticks in a pot with water and a pinch of salt to boil. I remove the foam. After they are cooked, I take them out of the broth. I strain the broth into another container with a large strainer.
I clean the cabbage from the excess upper leaves and the cob. I cut the cabbage into 4-5 pieces and then cut each lengthwise into strips.
I put the cabbage in a tray and sprinkle it with salt. Mix the cabbage. I peel the fresh tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Finely chop the celery, parsley and onion. I take a large pot and pour the oil. When it heats up, I stew the onion.
I add the cabbage, paprika, black pepper and a little of the chicken broth.
I leave a lid on top to soften the cabbage over low heat. I mix it up. I add the chopped tomatoes and stir. When it softens, I add the drumsticks, parsley and celery.
I add the drumsticks and they need to be well covered with cabbage. I mix and, if necessary, add more of the broth. Boil the chicken with cabbage until done.
The fresh cabbage with drumsticks is very tasty.
