How to make
Fry the finely chopped onion and mushrooms in a little oil, add salt to taste.
Pre-boil the potatoes and eggs, peel them and leave them to cool.
Mix the yogurt with the crushed clove of garlic and salt to taste.
In an adjustable ring pre-set to 60°F (18 cm) diameter, arrange the potato salad in layers, by spreading thin layers of garlic sauce in between:
- 1st layer - grate the potatoes on a coarse grater;
- 2nd layer – smoked meat cut into small cubes;
- 3rd layer - grated eggs on a fine grater;
- 4th layer – fried onions and mushrooms;
- 5th layer - pickles cut into small cubes;
- 6th layer – Korean style carrots (the recipe for which is on the website) or ordinary carrots.
Decorate the layered salad with smoked meat and mushrooms to your taste!
If desired, you can arrange the layers according to your taste.
