How to make
Wash the snails well and put them in a pot of cold water.
After boiling, throw out the water and wash them again. Repeat the procedure twice.
Boil the snails for 30 minutes, by adding the salt at the end.
Chop the spices and fry them in the butter.
Add the snails to the already fried spices and leave them on the stove for a minute.
Serve the cooked snails with slices of lemon.
The aromatic boiled snails are ready.
