How to make
Cut the beef into thin pieces and roll it in wheat flour, the pepper cut into thin juliennes and the spring onion - into not very small pieces.
Heat the wok until white smoke starts to come out and add the oil.
Pour the beef into the heated oil and after about 30 seconds, add the pepper and the spring onion, by stirring constantly so that the meat does not stick and fry until the meat changes color.
Remove from the pan and set it aside.
In the remaining fat, fry the garlic and pepper briefly and return the meat and vegetables, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of sugar and in seconds the dish is ready.
Serve it on sliced onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
For a side dish for the juicy and tender wok beef we use cooked rice, preferably basmati.
