How to make
Break the chocolate into pieces and set it to melt in a water bath.
Place the rye bread, brown sugar, and eggs in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the butter to the bowl with the chocolate and stir until completely melted.
Remove the bowl from the water bath and add the chocolate and butter into the blender, blend again and transfer the resulting mixture into a bowl.
Place paper in the tray and start piping out small biscuits, by leaving space between them.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and transfer the chocolate biscuits into the oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
The rye biscuits with chocolate and sea salt are ready.
