How to make
Crush the yeast with the sugar in 100 ml of warm milk and mix with 1 tablespoon of flour until homogeneous. Leave it to rise in a warm place.
Pour the yeast, remaining milk, oil, salt and beaten eggs into the flour well and set aside one yolk for spreading. Knead a medium soft dough and let it rise covered with a towel, until it doubles in volume, this takes about 40 minutes.
The dough is divided into balls the size of an egg. Each one is rolled out into an ellipse. A small portion of marmalade is placed at one end and it is rolled up into a roll. Place them in a greased baking pan.
Leave them to rise for another 20 minutes, then spread them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a heated oven until golden. They are delicious, try them!
