Beat the yolks with half the sugar, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
Mix the two parts and add less starch, baking powder and flour. Bake the sponge cake in a greased baking pan in a very low heated oven.
Remove the sponge cake layer from the oven and once it cools, divide it into two layers.
Beat the cream with the powdered sugar and spread the cake in the middle and on top.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the oil and spread the sides of the cake.
Garnish with colorful sugar sprinkles and coconut shavings.
