How to make
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites well.
Beat the yolks with the sugar and chocolate. Then add the peanut butter, vanilla, coffee, flour and baking powder to them.
Beat until smooth and add the egg whites. Mix by hand and fill the muffin tins with this mixture, they should only be half full.
Sprinkle the muffins with chopped peanuts on top and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
The muffins with chocolate, coffee and nuts are ready.
