How to make
Knead your minced meat as you would for meatballs (egg, savory herb, onion, breadcrumbs or bread, paprika and black pepper). Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
When it is ready, shape it into medium-sized balls and press the center to make nests.
Pour the cream, grated cheese, beaten eggs and spices into a bowl.
Mix everything well and fill the nests. Bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) until done.
The minced meat nests with sour cream filling are very tasty.
