How to make
Boil the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Strain them.
Stew the minced meat in the fat. Add the tomato paste and season with salt.
Add the finished mixture to the spaghetti. Add the cream (leave a little for garnish) and mix.
Serve the spaghetti, by garnishing with a spoonful of sour cream and basil leaves.
