How to make
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add all the dry ingredients to them and mix. Separately, beat the eggs and mix them with the liquid ingredients.
Mix the two types of ingredients so that a thick paste is obtained.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Grab aluminum muffin tins and grease them with a little butter.
Spread the resulting mixture in them and put them in the oven for twenty minutes. Remove the finished muffins and let them cool. Decorate the cupcakes with liquid chocolate or cream, sugar candies and colorful sugar sprinkles.
