  • goat cheese - 2 thick slices (French)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 2 halves of nuts
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into thick slices. You need a total of 6, three for each piece of French Goat Cheese.

Boil the vegetable in slightly salted water until soft (but the circles should still remain whole without breaking, so do not overcook them).

Strain well and let the sweet potato cool to harden.

Heat a pan over high heat and add half of the butter. Bake the slices of sweet potato on both sides, so that they can acquire an appetizing color.

When you turn them over, spread the remaining butter in them, not remain in the pan, so it doesn't burn.

Remove and distribute three baked sweet potato circles in two plates. Sprinkle with a little salt.

Wipe the pan with kitchen paper and bake the goat cheese until lightly golden, by placing the walnuts on the side.
