How to make
Crack the eggs. Add the sugar to them and continue to beat. Add the oil, water, sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa.
Finally, add the beetroot, which has been grinded in the food processor in advance. Stir well.
Place paper cupcake cups in the cupcake tin. Distribute the mixture, by filling 2/3 of the molds.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Take them out and leave them to cool.
Add the butter, sugar, water and cocoa in a pot. Put it on the stove and stir, until it thickens.
Leave it to cool slightly and pour the cupcakes with the mixture.
The Beetroot Cupcakes are ready!
