How to make
Wash the fish and put it in a bowl with a lid. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Cut the garlic into large pieces. Stir and close with the lid.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Take the fish cutlets out of the box and grill them on one side.
Be careful not to leave any pieces of garlic on it, as it will burn and change the taste, so clean it carefully beforehand.
Turn the fish over and by using a silicone brush, coat it with the mixture of finely chopped parsley, garlic, and olive oil.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve the Grilled Marinated Shark Cutlets while they're warm.
