Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs. L size
  • cream cheese - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • liquid vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
  • almond flour - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • sweetener - 2 tsp. or to taste

How to make

I use stevia for cakes which is 1:1 with sugar and erythritol powder.

Separate the whites from the yolks.

Add the cream cheese and vanilla to the yolks. Beat well. Then add the flour and baking powder. Beat again and set aside.

Beat the egg whites with the sweetener.

Carefully and gradually add the beaten egg whites to the yolk mixture.

Stir with a spatula.

Put the pan on the hob and heat it up. Spread it with a little butter. Scoop out the mixture, by trying to form mounds.

First, pour a little. Then add on top in the center of the mounds.

Add 1-2 tsp. cold water in the pan and close it with a lid.

Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
