Ingredients

  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the eggs with the water, sugar, salt and oil.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture while stirring.

Once you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, add the grated cheese.

Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat on the stove with one teaspoon of oil.

Pour a bit the pancake mixture, by leaving space between the pancakes. Fry for about 2 minutes on one side and turn with a spatula and cook on the other side as well.

Fry all the savory pancakes, by heating a small amount of oil before pouring the mixture.

Serve the mini pancakes with feta cheese with yogurt.
