Ingredients

  • rice noodles - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • Dressing
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • cayenne pepper - 1/3 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The rice noodles are placed in a pot and boiling water is poured to cover them.

Close with a lid and leave for 5 minutes. Then strain well and place them in salad bowl.

The carrot and cucumber are cut or grated into thin and long strips. The vegetables are added to the rice noodles.

Put the spices for the dressing and the grated garlic cloves in a jar. Close the jar with a lid and stir vigorously.
