How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Leave them to cool.
Stack the ham slices on top of each other and cut out circles with a glass. Cut the potatoes down the middle and scoop out the insides.
Sprinkle the potato boats with black pepper, salt and olive oil. Make ham roses - put 6 circles in a row, by overlapping them halfway. Roll them up and you'll get a rose.
Place the roses in each potato. Sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with yellow cheese and a little olive oil.
Bake the potatoes at 390°F (200°C), until done.
The baked potatoes with ham roses are served with mint and basil.
