"It may be called Peach Liqueur, but its real name is Divine Ambrosia"

Ingredients

  • peaches - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • brandy - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • vanilla essence
measures

How to make

The peaches are washed, peeled, cut into crescents and sprinkled with sugar. Leave them like that overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, grab a jar, put the brandy inside and the peaches, which have been in the refrigerator for 1 night and have released juice.

Add two or three drops of vanilla essence and close the lid of the jar.

Leave it like this for a day, it may not be in the refrigerator - the brandy has mixed with the peaches and the color of the liqueur has changed. My fruit were bought from the market and they didn't release much color, but if you have home grown fruit, you may get a little reddish color, as I expected.

Serve the peach liqueur in small glasses - I didn't discard the pieces, I put one per glass.
